It's not easy to get accurate measurements which is why we recommend our Sizing Kits.

You need to know the width of each of your nails at the widest point, in mm. You can either use a flexible tape measure, or sticky tape and a ruler.

With sticky tape, stick a piece over your bare (remove any polish etc first) nail and mark where the edge of the nail is at the widest point. Remove the tape and stick it down on a piece of paper and measure between your marks with a ruler. Do this with each finger on both hands, starting with the thumb and working down to the pinky. Write down your measurements. You can now work out your size.

These are our Sizes

19mm = 0      14mm = 5

18mm = 1      13mm = 6

16mm = 2      12mm = 7

15mm = 3      11mm = 8

14.5mm = 4     10mm = 9

These are our Preset Sizes

XS = 3, 6, 5, 7, 9

S = 2, 5, 4, 6, 9

M = 1, 5, 4, 6, 8

L = 0, 4, 3, 5, 7

If your sizes match our preset sizes, then great! If not, don't worry! Simply select 'Custom Size' when choosing your press ons, and write your sizes (in order please, thumb to pinky) in the space provided.

Everything you need to apply your Moona press on nails is in the free application kit that comes with your order. Prep is key!

First wash your hands. Lay out the press on nails in the order you are going to apply them.

Clip and file your natural nails if required. Gently push back your cuticles with the wooden cuticle stick.

Using the buffer block, gently buff your natural nail to remove any shine.

Using the alcohol wipe provided, wipe over each of your natural nails thoroughly to remove any dust or oil.

Apply a couple of drops of nail glue (or use the adhesive tabs), and apply the press on nail, cuticle end first, pressing out any air bubbles as you go. Press in place for 15-20 seconds, then move on to the next!

Remember, use the adhesive tabs if you only want your Moona press on nails to stay on for a short period oftime, such as a night out or weekend, but use the nail glue if you want longer lasting wear.

Removing your Press on Nails

Apply cuticle oil to your cuticles. Soak your hands in warm soapy water for 10-15 minutes. Using the wooden cuticle stick from your application kit, gently ease under the sides of the press on nail and work loose. Do not force them off, but soak for longer if necessary. Remove any adhesive left on your natural nails and press ons. Apply cuticle oil to your cuticles and nails. Put your Moona press on nails away for next time.

Aftercare

Don't soak your hands in water as this is how we remove press on nails! Wear gloves for washing up, cleaning, gardening etc. Jewels not tools!
